Crime and Evidence

The basic tenant of law is EVIDENCE. it has been chosen carefully. Focus of proving a crime shifts from criminal activity to piece of evidence. All efforts are on sabotaging the strength og evidence, credibility of witnesses and twisting of facts. Situations are created justifying the criminal activity. This basic tenant is chosen meticulously to ward off the doubt in the mind of victim while serving justice.
If I can, I will try to impregnate the emphasis on criminal activity than the Evidence itself.
